Nulix Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nulix ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

2. Description of Service

Nulix is a personal productivity application that helps users build and execute daily routines, capture photo and video evidence of completed steps, track goals with automatic progress calculation, and manage personal efficiency through checklists and session logs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings, which will permanently remove all associated data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Upload content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the App for your personal use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with our content standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Nulix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Nulix offers optional in-app purchases:

All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment system.
Virtual currency ("Coins") acquired through in-app purchases has no real-world monetary value and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Coins are consumed within the App to access premium features such as additional routine creation slots.
Promotional packages are one-time offers and become unavailable after purchase.
Upon account deletion, any remaining Coins balance is forfeited.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nulix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
